  4. Print in landscape. Open the PDF, choose Landscape and Fit to page, and it fits US Letter and A4 paper.

If an edge gets cut off, our guide on how to print a calendar goes through every print setting.

What Every Monthly Calendar Includes

  • US holidays in the boxes. Federal holidays in red, with the weekday off when one falls on a weekend. Popular days, like Mother's Day and Halloween, in grey.
  • Room to write. Big day boxes you can type in before printing, or fill in by hand later.
  • A clean Sunday to Saturday layout. Weekends are lightly shaded, and the days of last and next month are shown in grey, so the grid never looks empty.
  • Month facts. Each month page shows the working days, week numbers and every holiday in that month.
  • Free files. PDF and PNG downloads with no sign-up and nothing printed over your dates.
